WE’RE HIRING!! We are now accepting applications for a Project Coordinator!

As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, bidding, project budget and timeline, as well as managing contractors on-site daily during the construction phase on all of our projects. You will be working closely alongside the company CEO and COO through on the job training to learn all of our systems and processes to ensure your success and ability to excel in this role.

• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and have the desire to grow in order to fit in with our team
• Must have some prior experience or knowledge in residential construction (although you will receive plenty of on the job training to see how we do things)
• Must have a reliable vehicle (preferably a truck or van to transport materials to job sites occasionally)
• Excellent Time Management and Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
• Experienced in Microsoft Excel
• Any experience in design, CAD drawing, etc., is a bonus
